- Can I change my states after payment?
- Your purchased states stay fixed. To request a change, email [email protected].
- What does my subscription unlock?
- The dealer name, city when available, and link to the original listing for equipment within your coverage. Listing titles and equipment specifications are already visible in the public search.
- When do I choose my states?
- Choose your plan, then select states with available inventory in the app before payment. Full Access includes the entire scanner inventory without selecting states. Access begins when payment is verified.
- What if a listing has no state?
- Listings without a published country or state are included only in Full Access. A subscription does not add missing information. Confirm location and availability with the dealer.
- Does the subscription renew automatically?
- Yes, for the monthly or annual period you select. Annual billing is charged as one payment for the year. Cancel renewal in My Subscription before the next payment; confirmed cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.
- Are subscription payments refundable?
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, including renewals and unused time, except as required by applicable law or under CREEM’s buyer terms. Contact support about incorrect charges or missing paid access.
- Does a plan include equipment or broker services?
- Plans pay for access to dealer information. Equipment purchases are arranged directly with the seller. Brokerage, appraisals, inspections, shipping and other services are separate.
